A cosmetic box with air tightness comprises an outer box assembly (1) having a box body (10) and a box cover (11). A first containing cavity is formed on the box body (10) and has an opening on the upper surface of the box body (10), and the box cover (11) is hinged on the box body (10) and can open and close the opening of the first containing cavity. An inner plate assembly (2) is detachably arranged in the first containing cavity, and the inner plate assembly (2) comprises a plate body (20) and a plate cover (21), a second containing cavity is formed on the plate body (20), and has an opening on the upper surface of the plate body (20), the plate cover (21) is hinged on the plate body (20), and can open and close the opening of the second containing cavity. Additionally, a ring of outer groove body (22) is provided around the outer side wall of the second containing cavity.
