Provided is an access control system, configured from a computer which comprises a processor which executes a process and a memory which stores a program, said access control system comprising: a launcher which is a process which launches said process; an ACL file in which is defined a description of controls of I/O requests which the said process issues; a process search unit which traces the parent of the said process and determines whether the process is launched with the launcher as the origin; and an access control unit which, in accordance with the descriptions which are defined in the ACL file, controls the I/O requests which are issued by the process which is launched with the launcher as the origin.
