PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pallets which have good nesting efficiency, are easily handled with a forklift, can be assembled as a container having good load efficiency, and can be stacked as a container having increased durability.SOLUTION: Legs 4, 14, 24 have respective wall surfaces 4a, 14a, 14b, 24a, 24b and bottom surfaces 4c, 14c, 24c connecting to the wall surfaces. Among the wall surfaces, the wall surfaces 4a, 14a, 24a not included in pallet external walls are formed to extend to get narrower toward the bottom surfaces to make a prescribed overlap angle &thetas; with the bottom surfaces 4c, 14c, 24c, and the wall surfaces 14b, 24b constituting the pallet external walls are formed to extend to a prescribed height H vertically from the bottom surfaces 14c, 24c.
