The products in use are prepared with reduced fat pork meat and oil olive added to endow them with excellent organoleptic features (they are tasteful and juicy); compared to respective traditional products, they prevail in nutritional value since the removed animal fat is replaced by olive oil. After shaping, the products in question are chilled or frozen.
