<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminated cell effectively obtaining a laminated battery structure for a laminated type cell with a short circuit between collectors prevented at manufacturing, and a manufacturing device. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the laminated cell provides a battery structure 2 with a cut body 1 with a battery structure 2 continuously formed having a cathode 15, electrolyte 14 and an anode 13 between a first and a second collectors 11, 12 to be cut at a predetermined position and laminated in a laminated type cell. Before a regular cut for cutting the cut body 1, a temporary cut of which at least one of either the first or the second collector 11, 12 for the regular cut parts is cut, is carried out, and an insulation treatment is applied on the cut cross section with a temporary cut. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
