PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server device for facilitating convenience for an answerer in the case of giving an answer, and for enabling a consultor to obtain a more reliable answer.SOLUTION: A server device 10 includes: a browsing reception part 14 for acquiring a service division corresponding to the user ID of an answerer from answerer information 18 in response to a browsing request of consultation content from an answerer terminal 30, and for acquiring the consultation content corresponding to the acquired service division from contribution data 19, and for transmitting the consultation content to the answerer terminal 30; an answer reception part 15 for receiving answer content corresponding to the consultation content from the answerer terminal 30, and for storing the consultation content as contribution data 19 in association with the consultation content in a storage part 16; and a consultor browsing reception part 12 for acquiring the answer content corresponding to the consultation content corresponding to the user ID of the consultor from the contribution data 19 in response to the browsing request of the answer content from the consultor terminal 20, and for transmitting the answer content to the consultor terminal 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
