PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spring mechanism that can elastically deform a film type elastic deformation part of a transducer in a shape of high symmetry and can be constituted to a compact size.SOLUTION: A spring mechanism 2 comprises: a cylindrical member 7 extended from an elastic deformation part 11 of a transducer 5 toward a first element member 21 and arranged penetrating the first element member 21 slidably in a direction of a center axis C of the elastic deformation part 11; and a rod member 32 extended from the side of the second element member 22 toward the cylindrical member 7 and inserted into the cylindrical member 7 slidably in the direction of the center axis C of the elastic deformation part 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
