<p>An image processing system uses a photographic filter metaphor for control of digital image processing software. An image is manipulated in a series of successive operations which are stored independently. After a series of operations, the original image and each successive operation can be retrieved without reexecuting the series of operations. A user-friendly interface allows a user to select a preprogrammed filter effect or create a custom filter effect from the options presented.</p> |
