An air cleaner for a vehicle is provided to absorb and remove volatile organic compounds and carbon dioxide including nitrous oxide, sulphuric oxide, and microdust while maintaining appropriate humidity by using a filling restricting movement of water and partially wet by water to absorb and dissolve harmful materials. A container(10) contains a certain amount of water. An air ventilation path draws air into the container and discharges the drawn air. A fan(40) is installed at the air ventilation path and is operated by external power source to control an air flow. A filling(50) is formed in a three-dimensional structure, to be inserted into the container to fill water of the container into an inner space. A fixture(20) is installed to fix the container at a vehicle.
