PURPOSE:To improve coupling efficiency and to allow temp. distribution measurement with good S/N when this demultiplexer is applied to a temp. distribution measuring sensor by forming the demultiplexer in such a manner that the adjustment of the parting distance of two sheets of optical filters can be executed in addition to the adjustment of simultaneously rotating an adjusting base plate fixing two sheets of the optical filters. CONSTITUTION:The angle of the optical filters is adjusted by an angle adjusting mechanism and the distance between the incident optical path to the optical filter F 21 shifted in parallel by this adjustment and the exit optical path from the optical filter F 22 is adjusted by the distance adjusting mechanism, by which the optical filters can be returned to the initial state in the adjustment of the set of, for example, the optical filters F 21 and F 22. Then, the distance between the input and output optical axes to and from two sheets of the optical filters F 21, F 22 is maintained constant even if the angle adjustment is executed in any way. The coupling efficiency is improved in this way and the temp. distribution measurement with the good S/N is possible when this multiplexer is applied to the temp. distribution measuring sensor. |
