PURPOSE:To manufacture a lens of good impact resistance and high Ntheta and Vtheta values, having good release properties after cast polymerization and without generating color unevenness after dyeing, peel-off of a coating film and clouding of lens by adding specific phosphoric ester as a release agent to a monomer mixture for manufacturing a polyurethane lens. CONSTITUTION:The blending ratio of polyisocyanate and polythiol is preferably in the range of 0.5-1.5 of NCO/SH (mol ratio). Said monomer mixture is added, and phosphoric ester used as a release agent is represented by the Formula I. A polyurethane lens thus manufactured with phosphoric ester having 8 or more carbons gets cloudy. The adding volume of phosphoric ester in the Formula I should preferably 0.01-20wt.% of the total of polyisocyanate and polythiol. |
