PURPOSE:To provide a compound which improves the property of a resist by the compounding into a positive type radioactive-ray photosensitive resist composition. CONSTITUTION:A polyphenol compound represented by the formula I can improve sensitivity, resolving power, and heat resistance in comparison with the conventional resist compound, when compounded as one constituent of a positive type radiactive-ray sensitive resist compound. |
