PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a pinch deformation and contour line by partly reducing a mold clamping force in TPR window of curing polyurethane foam product to a reduced clamping force, breaking most of a foam wall and releasing part of expansion gas from a mold. SOLUTION: When supply of control air is stopped, degassing of an air bag 13 is suppressed merely to an extent that a pressure is reduced to the degree of causing a slight division at a sealing surface 3, an internal pressure is released at this time point, breakage of foam wall and release of gas 23 from the surface 3 take place. A gap between an upper part 1 and a lower part 2 of the mold is sufficient to release the air, but release of the degree of recognizing a polyurethane is not possible. Further, when the pressure of the polyurethane foam is again approached to the atmospheric pressure, the residual pressure of the bag 13 reseals the mold at the sealing surface, thereby preventing the release of the uncured polyurethane foam. |
