PURPOSE: To provide a pulverizer for a photographic processing composition container by which recycling costs are reduced and which is suitable for producing a regenerated container of high quality. CONSTITUTION: When pulverizing a photographic processing composition container while sprinkling water, a pulverizer applied to this pulverizing process is provided with four rotary blades 37 fixed to projections 35 of a shaft 32 and rotated synchronously with the rotation of the shaft 32 and a fixed blade 38. An upper chute 27 is provided with a spray nozzle (not shown in the figure), and water is sprinkled to a spent photographic processing composition container falling in the upper chute 27. The photographic processing composition container is pulverized by the rotary blades 37 and the fixed blade 38.
