PURPOSE: To obtain a low-halogen-content flame-retardant resin compsn. which is excellent in softness and calenderability. CONSTITUTION: This compsn. comprises 20-80wt.% propylene-α-olefin block copolymer having a ratio (η1 /η2 ) of the melt viscosityη1 (by the slit die method at a shear rate of 10' sec<-1> ) to the melt viscosityη2 (by the slit die method at a shear rate of 10<2> sec<-1> ) of 3.5-8, 1-20wt.% org, bromine flame retardant, 0.5-10wt.% antimony oxide, and 15-70wt.% ethylene-α-olefin random copolymer having anα-olefin unit content of 20-30wt.% and a Shore A hardness of 50-65.
