<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a pulverized fine coal available to auxiliary fuel by adding material reacted with chlorine component in a waste, executing a dry-distilation and applying de-chlorination treatment to the obtd. treated ash. SOLUTION: In the heating treatment 20 of the waste, the additive reacted with the chlorine component is mixed into the waste containing the chlorine component and the heating treatment (dry-distilation) is executed. As the additive, alkali and/or silica base materials are suitable. By this method, the chlorine component is fixed in the generated residue. Therefore, the generated gas contains no chlorine component and can be exhausted into the air as it is, or used as fuel. In the following de-chlorination treatment part 30, the residue fixing the chlorine component is water-washed to remove the chlorine component, and dehydrated and dried to obtain the carburized treated ash (pulverized fine coal). Then, this treated ash is supplied into a hopper 7 for pulverized fine coal to obtain the effective utilization as the fuel.</p> |
