PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current limiting device capable of preventing a large current flow more than allowable current level and manufactured simply and at low cost. SOLUTION: An electrical current limiting device has an electrical super- conductive material 1 for a connecting mechanism of an electrical circuit. A super-conductive state of the electrical super-conductive material is achieved at relatively high temperature. The cooling system has a motor 31 capable of removing heat from the super-conductive material 1 with a heat conductive process flowing cooling gas. |
