PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of the color polymerized toner narrow in a grain size distribution. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the color polymerized toner comprises at least a process for suspension granulating a polymerizable monomer mixed solution containing a colorant and a process for polymerizing in the presence of a polymerization initiator, and in the suspension granulation process the polymerizable monomer mixed solution is stirred and stepwise increased in stirring speed, thus the obtained toner to be made narrow in the grain size distribution by suspension polymerization is obtained and the toner of a high-quality image is provided.
