摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate for an effective time difference by detecting a synchronous signal for indicating reference time, measuring the effective time difference between the reference time and initial time, and determining the coefficient of a fractional point digital filter so that the effective time difference can be compensated for, and applying the coefficient. SOLUTION: A synchronous earthquake signal acquisition device obtains at least one series of samples being readjusted from at least one reference time from the first series of a digitized sample being obtained from an earthquake signal being generated from an arbitrary initial time before the reference time. Each earthquake acquisition unit is provided with a processing unit where a means for detecting a synchronous signal and a means for accumulating sample series being generated by an A/D converter are combined and a means for measuring the effective time difference between the initial time and reference time. The processing unit determines the coefficient of a fractional point digital filter that is adapted so that the measured effective time difference can be compensated for or programs the adapted fractional point digital filter so that it can be adapted to the first sample series.</p>
