PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control deterioration and decay of an aqueous solution by using a PET bottle, which is disposed after the contents are used, for storage, recovery, liquid exchange, etc., of the matter in a liquid state, filling it with a liquid such as an antibacterial agent, replenishing water and water and exchanging the contents by means of gravity difference of liquids. SOLUTION: It is suitable as an easy method for administering replenishing water, a solution (diluting water of water-soluble cutting oil) and an antibacterial agent to diluting water to make good use of gravity difference of the liquids. As a vessel used in such a method, the PET bottle A to be disposed is suitable. The PET bottle A is inverted so that the inlet comes down and supported by a fixing means as the inverted attitude is kept. In case of liquid exchange by means of gravity difference, a valve C is provided at the inlet of the PET bottle A to use as a stop valve. A cock-shaped type is used as the valve C and the connecting port is connected to a pipeline to another vessel.
