COMPOSITION FOR PLUM CANDY AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A composition for a plum candy and a production method thereof are provided, which let the people intake the healthful ingredients of the plum easily by making the plum into the candy properties after producing a plum powder. CONSTITUTION: A production method for a plum candy is characterized by the following steps: heating a plum with a steam followed by doing lyophilization; making a powder; producing a plum candy by mixing 1-4wt.% of a plum powder, 1-4wt.% of a plum concentration, 36-50wt.% of sugar; 36-50wt.% millet jelly; and 7-15wt.% of water.
