PURPOSE: A sunlight-shielding cap is provided, which can protect the upper part of the wearer's head and a neck by making a protecting cover to be attached and detached. It can be put on regardless of the size of a head by being attached an elastic band. CONSTITUTION: The sunlight-shielding cap is characterized by being comprised of: a plurality of a magic band(11) attached inside of a hair band(2); a visor(3) moved by installing an axis on both sides of the hair band(2); an elastic band(12) installed in the center of the hair band(2); and a protecting cover(14) from direct sunlight attached to velcro(11).
