<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for heat-treating a ceramic formed body capable of controlling the occurrence of defects at rapid degreasing even if a heating time is as short as possible when an organic binder and the like are degreased from the ceramic formed body. <P>SOLUTION: The method involves a degreasing step to remove the organic binder and a plasticizer from the ceramic formed body 3 by controlling the heating of the ceramic formed body 3 which is a mixture of ceramic powder, the organic binder and the plasticizer. The heat control at the degreasing step is performed by setting that the reducing rate of an organic component from the ceramic formed body 3 at a weight reducing area where the organic binder is mainly removed is larger than that of an organic component from the ceramic formed body 3 at a weight reducing area where the plasticizer is mainly removed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
