PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain the resident's health, to contribute to the resident environmental conservation and to realize a residence having low energy dissipation by calculating the unsuitable state of the indoor to residence from the measured value of a sensor and the learned ventilation rate, and informing it. SOLUTION: The pieces of information in a resident room detected by oxygen concentration sensing means 1 and carbon monoxide concentration sensing means 2 are sent to ventilating ratio calculating means 3, and time measuring means 4 measures the time for detecting the oxygen or carbon monoxide concentration in the resident room by the means 1 and 2. Capacity input means 5 inputs the capacity of the room. The ventilation ratio is calculated by the means 3, and the air environment of the room to be sensed is estimated. Thus, useful information for the conservation of the resident room air environment such as the necessity of ventilation or heating or cooling can be obtained. |
