FIELD: medicine, gastroenterology. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should pre-detect localization of gastric mucosal lesion, detect two body positions in the space where in the first position one area is located below, and in another position - above against the rest internal gastric surface. Then one should drink water of the room temperature at single dosage of 100-150 ml to an empty stomach in inferior position of affected area. One should perform multiple pressing movements onto patient's body in epigastrium area and change body position into superior one. The method enables to increase safety of prophylaxis and therapy in case of pregnancy and coarse anatomical gastric disorders. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 2 ex |
