PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably operate a motor without the oscillation of a servo control system caused by noise included in positional information outputted from a sensor. SOLUTION: Current positional data inputted from the sensor is compared with the positional data inputted before one sampling cycle and noise is detected. For example, erroneous data are corrected by a preceding value hold and linear interpolation. Alternatively, when the sensor generates noise at a target position imparted to the servo control system, the target position is corrected. The noise component is removed. Consequently, the servo control system is not oscillated. The positioning almost as a target value can be realized. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
