PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit board that efficiently transmits a high-speed signal to the other circuit board through ACF connection. SOLUTION: An ACF junction 12 created on a printed circuit board 11 is provided with an electrode group 141 to be connected to a regular signal group 131, and an electrode group 142 to be connected to a high-speed signal group 132. These electrode groups 141 are arranged in Y direction with a fixed distance (wiring space). Each width is relatively narrow in the electrode group 141. Each width in the electrode group 142 and each space (wiring space) between the electrode groups 142 are set wider than each width in the electrode group 141 and a wiring space between the electrode groups 142, so that they meet the respective line widths of high-speed signal line group 132 and wiring space between the high-speed signal line groups 132.
