A parking brake using a brake caliper with a taper roller in ramp type for a vehicle is provided to generate stable moving force of a shaft direction, and to simplify a manufacturing process by mounting ramp structure with the taper roller in ramp type on the caliper. A parking brake using a brake caliper with a taper roller in ramp type for a vehicle comprises a parking brake operating unit(1), a caliper unit(3), a braking force transfer unit(6) and a braking force generating unit(7). The parking brake operating unit generates operating force for evenly pulling parking cables(2) through an equalizer when operating a parking lever. The caliper unit is mounted so that a pad(5) adherely presses both side surfaces of a wheel disk(D) and braking power is maintained. The braking force transfer unit moves the pad in a shaft direction. The braking force generating unit applies elastic recovery force to an output ramp(10) when moving force of the shaft direction is cancelled.
