PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver amplifier circuit capable of keeping the signal Duty constant. SOLUTION: A threshold voltage output circuit 10 outputs a threshold voltage of a first CMOS inverter IV 2. A reference current control circuit 12 controls the value of a reference current. A differential amplifier circuit 16 differentially amplifies signals received from two input terminals. A current mirror circuit 15 supplies the reference current to the reference current control circuit 12 and supplies a mirror current of the reference current to the differential amplifier circuit 16. An input terminal C' of the first CMOS inverter IV 2 is connected to a first output terminal of the differential amplifier circuit 16, and the reference current control circuit 12 controls the value of the reference current on the basis of a difference between the threshold voltage outputted from the threshold voltage output circuit 10 and an input voltage to the first CMOS inverter IV 2.
