PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data input processing circuit capable of outputting a signal (low speed processing signal) with a long sampling period output from a key scan circuit and a rotary encoder and a signal (high speed processing signal) with a short sampling period output from a remote controller or the like to a controller via a few signal lines in a data input processing system applied to a car audio system or the like including a main body side apparatus and a display side apparatus being a separate body from the main body side apparatus. SOLUTION: The data input processing system comprises the data input processing circuit 22 for outputting the low speed processing signal (first digital signal) being a signal synchronous with a clock signal received from the controller 11 mounted on the main body side apparatus 10 and the high speed processing signal (second digital signal) being a signal asynchronous with the clock signal to the controller 11 in a time division manner and mounted on the display side apparatus 20.
