PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield structure which is simple in structure and is durable to the long term use in outdoors, and can attain the effect of electromagnetic wave shielding regardless of the amount of cables, and is easy to install, to remove. SOLUTION: The cabinet having an opening for making cables pass through consists of a chassis 11 on which an electronic equipment is mounted, and a cover 12 which matches with the chassis portion and is mounted on the chassis detachably, The opening 14 is formed over the chassis and the cover. The electromagnetic wave shielding member having conductive wires to close the opening by being constituted in the shape of a brush consists of a first electromagnetic wave shielding member 21 prepared in the opening of the chassis, and a second electromagnetic wave shielding member 22 prepared in the opening of the cover.
