PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment and a high frequency oscillator equipped with electronic element which operates stably without being affected by the variation of external environment. SOLUTION: An oscillator 31 and an oscillator unit 11 equipped with a regulator 32 are housed in a case 16 consisting of a cover 14 and a case body 15. A Peltier unit 50 is prepared in the about center of a left side panel 15b of the case body 15, the ambient temperature in the case 16 is controlled so as to be the temperature at which an oscillation element outputs a stable power of electromagnetic wave by heating or cooling the each of plates 14a-14c, 15a-15c of the cover 14 and the case body 15.
