PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trading system for enabling an investor to trade on online by selecting the issue conditions of structured bonds.

SOLUTION: In this trading system where a managing underwriter server is connected through a network to terminal equipment for a customer, the managing underwriter server is provided with a simulation means for simulating information including the price of structured bonds according to an arbitrary condition parameter received from the terminal equipment; a temporary order management means for accepting the temporary order of the structured bonds corresponding to the arbitrary condition parameter from the terminal equipment, and for managing the circumstances of a temporary order for every condition parameter; and an order management means for starting the issue procedure of the structured bonds corresponding to the specific condition parameter when the temporary order of the structured bonds corresponding to the specific condition parameter exceeds the predetermined minimum amount of issue.
