<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hot-forged part in which good cold-workability is imparted to a flange part and also, high fatigue strength is imparted to a boundary part between the flange part and a shaft part, when the shaft part having the flange part is manufactured by hot-forging using a steel blank. <P>SOLUTION: When the hot-forged part having the flange part and the shaft part is cooled, during hot-forging or after hot-forging this hot-forged part, the hot-forged part is supported with the shaft direction of this shaft part as a vertical direction, and to the boundary part between the flange part and the shaft part, a refrigerant is locally injected from the lower side of the flange part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
