A multi-level reconfigurable game board apparatus for supporting game pieces is disclosed. The game board apparatus comprises a lower game board, an upper game board and at least one intermediate game board position between the lower and upper game boards. The apparatus also comprises support structures allowing for a vertical superposition of the lower intermediate and upper game boards, one above the other. The intermediate game board can be divided into two parts and each of those parts is selectively positionable in a first configuration within the support structures and a second configuration outside the support structures. A programmable electronic digital apparatus for depicting on a display a multi-level game for three-dimensional play based on the game board apparatus is also disclosed. |
