<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate deciding on the timing of completion, etc. of idling operation. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel-cell vehicle is equipped with a control means which detects the outputtable value of a motor M3 that changes according to the idling state of a fuel cell 20 during idling of the fuel cell 20, and compares the detected output value of the motor M3 with a preset output threshold, and permits the run of the vehicle 1 concerned, when the output value of the motor M3 exceeds the threshold.
