A composite soundproof wall having sound-absorption and interference functions is provided to improve the removal efficiency of noise by improving the structure of the imitation wood. A composite soundproof wall having sound-absorption and interference functions comprises: a plurality of main blocks(100) being buried underground and becoming the central axis of the soundproof wall; a fastening frame(200) being vertically inserted into both ends of the main block; a coupling panel(300) whose both sides are fixed to the fastening frame and which is installed at the upper and lower parts; and a vertical member(400) vertically inserted into the coupling panel.
