A transfer finger is provided to facilitate maintenance and replacement of a finger by facilitating assembly and disassembly. A transfer finger comprises a movable part, an adhesion part and a fixing part. The movable part comprises a rail coupled in a guide block. An adhesion plate is coupled on the adhesion part. The fixing part comprises an insertion hole(12a), an insertion groove(14a) and a fixing unit. The insertion hole is formed at one side of the adhesion part. The insertion groove is formed at one side of the movable part and is inserted into the insertion hole. The fixing unit comprises a depression groove(12b), a through-hole(14b), a fixing pin(16) and an air compressor(40). The depression groove is formed at the outer circumference of the insertion hole and the inner side is formed to be inclined at constant angle. The through-hole is formed on the top of the insertion groove. The fixing pin is joined with the through-hole and the depression groove. The air compressor vertically moves the fixing pin.
