PURPOSE: A direct fire cooker is provided to supply hot air evenly to the top and bottom of food by being placed on a gas stove and burner and circulating the heat from the gas stove and burner. CONSTITUTION: A direct fire cooker comprises a deck(100) which is placed on a gas stove or burner, an oil catcher(300) which receives the oil falling from fish or meat, a roasting plate(500) which is settled on the top of the oil catcher to roast the fish or meat, a heat reflection lid(700) which is placed on the top of the roasting plate to circulate the heat during roasting, and a cover(900) which is placed above the heat reflection lid to discharge the steam through an opening(910) while minimizing heat emission during roasting. |
