PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary member for packing a film capable of making a package of a film wherein dust and damage on the film are suppressed. SOLUTION: A separator packing unit 6A for packing a film winding body 1 has a cylindrical member 3 and the film 5 wound around an outer periphery of the cylindrical member 3, and has a first shaft section 11 inserted into the cylindrical member 3, and end surface cover sections 9, 23 for covering an end surface of a film winding body by projecting in a radial direction of the first shaft section 11 from the first shaft section 11. The shortest length from the axis to an outer edge of an end surface cover section is longer than a radius of the end surface of the film winding body. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
