<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product having suppressed stickiness in surroundings widely ranging from room temperature to high temperature with almost no loss of flexibility and transparency of a propylene-based elastomer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The propylene-based resin composition (Y) contains a soft propylene composition (X) comprising a soft polypropylene (A) of 60-100 pts.wt. and a polypropylene (B) of 0-40 pts.wt. (where the sum total of the component (A) and the component (B) is set to be 100 pts.wt.) and a 4-methyl-1-pentene-based polymer (C) of 0.1-15 pts.wt., and is characterized in that the soft polypropylene (A) satisfies relations (A1)-(A3) wherein (A1): its Shore A hardness is in the range of 20-94, (A2): the constitutional unit originating from propylene makes up 51-100 mol% of it, (A3): its melting point observed with DSC is less than 100°C or unobservable, the polypropylene (B) satisfies a relation (B1), (B1): its melting point observed with DSC is 100°C or higher and lower than 175°C, and the 4-methyl-1-pentene-based polymer (C) satisfies a relation (C1), (C1): its intrinsic viscosity (η) measured in a decalin solvent at 135°C is 0.01 dL/g or more and less than 0.50 dL/g.
