PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange device attaining improvement of a heat transfer surface area per unit volume and downsizing.SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 1 includes a plurality of tubes 20 inside which refrigerant flows, and a fin 21 provided integrally with the tubes 20 and performing heat transfer between itself and the tube 20. The fin 21 is a plurality of carbon nanotube aggregates 210 comprising a plurality of aggregated carbon nanotubes.
