PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cable coating material separation device capable of separating the coating material from the wire of a cable, reliably by a simple structure.SOLUTION: The cable coating material separation device includes an upper rotary blade 12 and a lower rotary blade 14, a guide bar 36 located on the upstream side of the facing position of the rotary blades 12, 14, and guiding a cable C, and a guide plate 38 located on the downstream side of the facing position of the rotary blades 12, 14, and guiding the cable C passed through the rotary blades 12, 14. The guide bar 36 and guide plate 38 have inclined planes inclining toward the upstream side in a direction receding from the facing position of the rotary blades 12, 14. A pair of guide rollers 39 for gripping the cable C are provided between the guide bar 36 and guide plate 38, and the guide rollers 39 are provided rotatably by contact with the moving cable C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
