The present invention relates to a storing apparatus and a power adjustment system having a hot air separation structure applied thereto. According to the present invention, the power adjustment system comprises: a storing body in which a first power conversion group and a second power conversion group are separately installed; and a separation unit separating a cool air moving path and a hot air moving path, wherein cool air is supplied between the first and second power conversion groups and hot air is discharged by the first and second power conversion groups. The present invention provides a power adjustment system configured to alleviate heat generated during an operation process so that battery management performance may be improved.
