PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an error in setting access right, to prevent information leakage.SOLUTION: A file management apparatus 10 receives an input of a selected template 30 selected from among a plurality of templates 20 indicating an access right holder and necessity/unnecessity for approval, and receives an input of approval/non-approval from an approver terminal when the selected template 30 indicates necessity for approval. The file management apparatus 10 creates a folder 41 formed by setting access right for permitting an access of an access right holder indicated by the selected template 30 in the case where the selected template 30 indicates unnecessity for approval and in the case where an input of approval is received from the approver terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
