Disclosed is a compound of formula (IIIa) wherein the substituents are described in the specification. Also disclosed is the use of the compound of formula (IIIa) or a salt thereof in the manufacture of a medicament for preventing or treating disease caused by abnormality of calcium concentration in a living body or a calcium receptor.
