PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a papermaking device capable of smoothly converting a wet paper, which is obtained by dehydrating a paper stuff liquid on a papermaking mold, to felt, feeding the felt to a next process and efficiently and stably making paper.SOLUTION: A papermaking device 10 according to this invention comprises: a cylinder mold suction cylinder 12; a head box 11, which supplies a paper stuff liquid to a periphery 120 of the cylinder mold suction cylinder 12; and an endless felt 14A, which is disposed across multiple guide rolls 13. Only one of the multiple guide rolls 13 is a couch roll 13A, which is disposed so as to contact the periphery 120 by being pressed against the periphery. The endless felt 14A is overlaid on wet paper WP on the periphery 120 between the cylinder mold suction cylinder 12 and the couch roll 13A, while the endless felt 14A is not overlaid on the wet paper WP on the periphery 120 upstream a section between the cylinder mold suction cylinder 12 and the couch roll 13A in a rotation direction R1 of the cylinder mold suction cylinder 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
