The present invention discloses an apparatus for generating power, in generating power by employing an optical panel, optimally generating power appropriately to the same both indoors and outdoors, thereby increasing efficiency of power generation. The optical panel generating power by using light of a light source; a pass switch unit transmitting the power by selectively opening at least one from a first pass and a second pass; a first process unit boosting the voltage of the power transmitted through the first pass to be a certain voltage and transmitting the same to an adaptive system; and a second process unit boosting the voltage of the power transmitted through the second pad to be the certain voltage and transmitting the same to the adaptive system.
