PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-operated valve which secures both processing accuracy and coaxiality with an upper part vertical hole of a valve hole of a valve body.SOLUTION: A motor-operated valve includes: a valve body 14 having a valve chamber 12 and a valve hole 12a formed in the valve chamber; a valve shaft 13 having a valve body which advances/retreats with respect to the valve hole at a tip; a can 111 protruding from the valve body; a stator coil 118 arranged outside of the can; a rotor 16 arranged inside the can and for rotating by electric conduction excitation of the stator coil; a screw pipe 17 which is fixed to the valve body and in which the valve shaft is inserted; and a valve shaft holder 18 which is formed rotatably with the rotor, and which advances/retreats the valve body via the valve shaft by a screw feeding action with the screw pipe. The valve body includes an upper part vertical hole comprising from an upper side large diameter hole 14C and a lower side small diameter hole 14D, and for communicating the upper part of the valve body and the valve chamber. In the lower side small diameter hole of the valve body, a seating member 170 is mounted for guiding the outer peripheral surface of the valve shaft in the valve chamber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
