摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a connecting structure of a pair of steel pipes and reduce cost.SOLUTION: A joint mechanism of a pair of steel pipe piles 1A, 1B comprises: an inner joint 10A, which is disposed on the steel pipe pile 1A; an inner joint 10B; an exterior joint 20, which is installed around the inner joint 10A of the steel pipe pile 1A and an inner joint 10B of the steel pipe pile 1B; and a key member 30, which prevents the pair of steel pipe piles 1A, 1B from moving relative to each other in longer direction of the steel pipe pile 1. On the exterior joint 20, openings 22 (22A, 22B) are formed in order to insert split key members 31 composing a key member 30 into key grooves. The key groove comprises: outward peripheral grooves 13 (13A, 13B), which are formed on circumferences of the inner joint 10A and the inner joint 10B, respectively, from the outer peripheral surface of the exterior joint; and inward peripheral grooves 23 (23A, 23B), which are disposed on inner periphery of the exterior joint 20 so as to face the outward peripheral grooves 13 (13A, 13B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
